Due to the popularity of beds and breakfasts in Charleston we recommend that you book well in advance of your visit.
When you reserve a room, your credit card, Visa or MasterCard, is charged one night's rate. If you cancel your reservation before 7 days of your arrival date you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival date, you will be charged the full amount unless we are able to rebook the room. If we are able to rebook the room, you will not be charged any amount.
